The staff are helpful and attentive, they keep the place clean. The queen room is modern and has a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and a work desk. The location is in the centre of the city.

I really enjoyed the affordable price of our quadruple room and its essentials, plus the fantastic location near the beautiful gardens.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is superb, just a short walk to the city center and with private parking available. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly accommodating and helpful. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Thirdly, the rooms on the terrace are a wonderful touch. We loved having our double bed on the first floor with a tiny window letting in just the right amount of natural light. And lastly, I must mention the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of warm and cold options to choose from. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Best aspects during our Easter were the central location of the hotel to all the main attractions and the spacious room with a comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay.

The worst aspects were the noisy environment of the hotel throughout the night, keeping us awake for most of the time. we were not satisfied with our stay and expected better for the price we paid.

The breakfast was good with a lot of variety, including eggs, sausages and fruit. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food was excellent. the hotel is in a great location, not too far from the city center, so it's easy to explore on foot. We also appreciated the comfortable rooms and the fact that the neighbourhood was very quiet.

The reception staff wasn't very helpful or friendly. Some of them didn't speak English and it was difficult to communicate with them.
